- Lowered Elite clue chance at barrows from 1-200 to 1-125
- Added Elite Clues to Chambers of Xeric at a 1-75 rate ( Are rolled on a separate table from uniques )

- Fixed Tree farming protection not working while players are offline ( If you have any broken patches let me or a staff member know so we can reset the patch for you manually )
- Fixed essence pouches eating essence when the bag is full or you have a full inventory
